As a part of World Breast Feeding Week celebration , the PG department of Home science organised an Awareness Class on the Significance of Breast Feeding on 4th August 2023 at B108, APJ Abdul Kalam Block. The awareness class was taken by Ms Farzeen, II M Sc Home Science (Nutrition & Ditetics). The session included the benefits of breast feeding, lactating positions, diet and care during lactation. Lactating, pregnant and other interested students of various departments participated in the session and clarified their doubts. The programme was cordinated by the faculty coordinator Dr. N.V. Fatimathu Zuhara, Assistant Professor and the student coordinator Ms.Riyana Nimshu, II M Sc Home Science (Nutrition & Ditetics)
