A blood donation awareness class was conducted at Unity Women’s College on the occasion of World Heart Day on September 29 under NSS and Red Ribbon Club. Mr. Arun, Malappuram District Secretary of Blood Donors Kerala who delivered the keynote speech said that blood donation is beneficial for heart health. .Mr. Muhammad Hanifa K.P. (Basic Life Support Trainer)talked about the importance of heart day and life saving training. Principal Dr. Muhammed Basheer ummathur inaugurated the programme. Dr.V. Hikmathulla ( Programme officer, NSS) presided over the function and R.R.C. Coordinator Dr. Jasna VC , Dr. Shamseera K.O, Irfana and Fatima Jasni spoke.
