A gender equality program titled “Can Industries Be More Women Friendly” was conducted on February 22, 2024, at the Department of Chemistry, KAHM UNITY WOMEN’S COLLEGE, Manjeri. The event aimed to foster discussions on the challenges and opportunities for women in various industries. Students from both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs actively participated in the program.
The session took the form of an open debate, moderated by Ms. Omniya Ummer, a student from the fourth semester of BSc Chemistry. Under her guidance, participants engaged in lively discussions, exchanging insights and perspectives on the topic. Dr. Jasna VC, the teacher coordinator of the event, provided valuable instructions to the students, ensuring the smooth conduct of the program.
