The Mushroom Culture Program conducted by the PG Department of Botany on November 14, 2023,aimed at imparting best practices in mushroom cultivation.The event was coordinated by MS.Shifa M and MS. Sudheessha K.The primary objective of the program was to provide students with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in mushroom cultivation.Students were actively engaged in hands on practical sessions where they learned the step-by-step process of cultivating mushroom.The coordinators demonstrated substrate preparation, inoculation techniques, and the crucial parameters of maintaining a conducive growing environment.The program successfully achieved its objective of imparting best practices in mushroom cultivation.
