200th birth anniversary of the great scientist who paved the initial way for modern genetics, Gregor Johann Mendel was celebrated. One week celebrations were conducted on the theme ‘A Voyage to Mendalism’ which included several programmes like National E-Quiz competition, Poster making competition, Exhibition on Mendelism, Documentary presentation and Commemoration talks. Documentary presentation and Commemoration talk was inaugurated by Dr. Muhammed Basheer Ummathur, Principal, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri.
