**IQAC Reboot Season 2: Two day residential faculty training camp on professionalism, ethics and team building in association with College Governing Body **
The Reboot season 2, a two day residential training camp, held on March 7 and 8, 2024, at KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, was a significant event dedicated to ‘Professionalism and Ethics in Higher Education and the team building. Organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of KAHM Unity Women’s College, the camp was inaugurated by College Manager O Abdul Ali. The event featured a presidential address by Principal Dr. Muhammed Bahseer Ummathur and a keynote address by former principal Dr. Pakrutti, which delved into the core values and standards expected in higher education. In the inaugural session, Dr Shahina Mol A K, IQAC Coordinator detailed the concept note of Reboot , a professional enhancement program envisaged by the college IQAC. Mr Shabeer Mon M, IQAC member and coordinator of Reboot, delivered the vote of thanks for inaugural session.
The inaugural session was followed by an ice-breaking session led by Mr. Noushadali P, Assistant Professor of Arabic, which encouraged interaction, team building and camaraderie among the teachers. This was complemented by a meditation session conducted by Hamraz Ahammed, Assistant Professor of Physical Education, aiding in mental and physical rejuvenation. The camp also included experience sharing of participants and a variety of cultural programs performed by the teachers, adding a festive atmosphere to the proceedings. The day concluded with a community dinner at the college cafeteria. The following morning, after a refreshing campus walk and breakfast, the teachers departed, enriched by the experience and insights gained from the camp.
