Commerce Department organized fresher’s party for the first year B.Com and first year M.Com students on 21st August 2023 in the college auditorium. The programme was inaugurated by Mr. T.T Abdul Razak (Head of the Department). The aim of the programme was to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the newly joined students who begin a new academic journey in the college . It served as an opportunity for them to break the coldness with the senior students , to make new friends, develop group cohesivess and to feel integrated into the college campus . The party helps to ease out the transition from school level life to a college level life, alleviating the initial nervousness or apprehension for the new entrants . Senior students organized many interesting programs for junior students. Students participated very actively in all the games. The programme was coordinated by Mrs. Haseena Jasmine C.K (Assistant Professor), Ms. Shilpa P.K (Assistant Professor – Adhoc). Ms. Almas K.P (Association Secretary – B.Com CA) and Ms. Nitha Fathima V (Association Secretary – B.Com Cooperation) were the students coordinators.
