As part of World Coconut Day, the PG Department of Botany has organized different programs on 2nd September 2022 through online mode. Lecture talk and award winning ‘Kinabuhi’ short film were presented. As part of the exhibition, a cookery show competition on ‘Coconut dishes’ was organized. Ms. Rasha Fathima, 2nd year MSc Botany and Mrs. Shifa Nasri, 2nd year MSc Botany achieved the first and second prize in the cookery show, respectively.
