World Water Crises

The Water Day Celebration, jointly organized by the Department of Chemistry in collaboration with the Chemistry Club and the Science Club, convened on March 25th, 2024, at the Digital Studio. This event served as a pivotal platform for raising awareness about the pressing global issue of water crisis. The day unfolded with an engaging awareness program, featuring insightful presentations by experts from diverse backgrounds, who illuminated the challenges faced by our water resources and proposed sustainable solutions. The documentary presentation further underscored the gravity of the situation, captivating the audience with its compelling narratives and visuals depicting the multifaceted impacts of water scarcity. Dr. Deepa, a distinguished environmental scientist, inaugurated the program, emphasizing the imperative for collective action in addressing this critical issue. Ms. Omniya Ummer, the student coordinator, played a vital role in orchestrating the event’s success through her exemplary leadership and organizational prowess. Her dedication inspired active participation from attendees, fostering meaningful dialogue and igniting a sense of urgency to safeguard our planet’s most precious resource.
