The Department of Home Science conducted an award ceremony on 30th March, 2023 Thursday in the AC seminar hall at 1:30 pm.In the programme the students were honoured with meritorious awards,for securing university ranks during the academic year 2022-23.The proficiency awards for the class toppers and some department competition prizes were also distributed in the ceremony. The freeship for the year 2023 was also given.The function was presided by Mrs. A. S. Anitha Begum , Head of the Home Science department and the key note address was delivered by the Principal Prof (Dr). Muhammed Basheer Ummathur. The Manager O. Abdul Ali and college general secretary Adv.U. A. Latheef Sahib also attended the function and distributed the prizes.The faculty coordinators of the programme were Mrs. Shahla Karuthedathu and Mrs.Nishidha Haridas (Assistant Professor , Adhoc).The function was anchored by Shahla , 4th sem B.Sc FCS . The programme was felicitated by Dr. Annie Ninan, Associate Professor, Home Science department.All department students except UG first years ,participated in the programme.
