The department of Home Science, on 18th July2022, conducted a nutritional assessment programme as a part of ‘School Health Day’ at HMSAUPS, Thurakkal, Manjeri. The programme was conducted by PG students of Home Science and the student representative was Ms. Areej Mehjabeen Pary. The height and weight of around 100 students from the first standard class were measured and the data collected was analysed to assess the nutritional status of the selected students. The results were consolidated and the report was handed over to the school authorities.
