Peer Assisted Language Learning

A student run language mentoring program entitled PALL: Peer Assisted Language Learning was formally launched by the PG and Research Department of English on the 8th August 2024.

In the inaugural address College Principal Prof. Dr.Mohammad Basheer Ummathur highlighted the importance of proper and timely communication in all walks of life, and how with disruptive technology, modern world offers incredible venues for growth and transformation. The Principal called the student initiative as commendable as it would strengthen not only their language skills but also their rapport with others.

The event was presided over by Dr. A.K.Shahinamol, IQAC coordinator and Head of English Department who reiterated the significance of English language skills for global reach and employability.

The event coordinator Ms. M.K. Vineetha rendered the welcome note and Association Secretary Ms. Muhsina, the vote of thanks.

The presence of all English faculty and students added to the grace of the occasion.
