The grievance redressal cell is constituted in the college is a dedicated committee established with the goal of addressing and resolving complaints and grievances from students, faculty. The cell aims at being a link between students, teachers and college administration. It is established to create a healthy and safe atmosphere for the students of this esteemed college. All complaints and grievances will be addressed and directed through appropriate channels to the concerned committee. The grievances are resolved promptly, objectively and unbiased with sensitivity and in complete confidentiality.
Objectives.
- To ensure a fair, impartial and consistent mechanism for redressal of various issues faced by the students.
- To encourage students to express their concerns freely and openly without the fear of being victimized.
- To ensure that grievances are resolved promptly, objectively, with sensitivity , in complete confidentiality and in a time bound manner.
Constitution of Grievance Redressal Cell
The cell is functional with Principal as the head, to faculty members and a student representative. It addresses the sensitive areas which require patient listening, care and understanding in the form of a needy action. It is functioning according to the following norms:
- All complaints are first addressed by the grievances committee.
- The tenure of the members will be for 2 years.
- The solution will be taken within a period of 7 days of receipt of the complaint.
